"I think we help with decreasing food insecurity by increasing our food accountability. Everyone knows for the site that we go to that at this certain time, the truck is going to be there and if it’s not going to be there we’ll let them know a week ahead of time but if they need that meal, they can expect to be there. Not only are we providing a nice meal, you know, we’re listening to their needs and if there’s something that they’re looking for, we can try our best to help them with that as well."
