"The food pantry] was only designed to hold people over while they fill their food stamp application. The problem is over here a lot of people are struggling with that food stamp application. A lot of them are not literate enough, alot of them have no computer skills, they have no phones, they have no vehicles, they’re isolated, they’re living in a camper in someone’s backyard, or with another family member and then all of sudden, the family was stable and then it’s faltering. We see that every single week."
